*Records show staff were not accurately recording the temperature of the cooler that was malfunctioning. Discuss with all staff Back room cooler repaired and is now properly cold holding at 3c. Discard labels affixed with correct discard time. Ensure all staff are following proper time tracking procedures. All other cleaning has been done as requested. Ensure premises is following daily cleaning procedures.
