Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink was use blocked with food items. Staff was cooling the food in this sink.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sink must be only used as hand sink. Staff immediately moved the food to other prep sinks.

- All coolers temperature at 4 degree C or less
- All freezers temperature at -18 degree C or less
- Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residual at plate surface tested > 50 ppm
- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Back door is closed during service
- Thermometer is presented
- Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe
- Health permit posted
