Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several trays of raw protein (fish, chicken wings, chicken legs) are stored inside walk-in cooler/freezer without cover/saran wrap. Operator immediately covered the raw proteins with saran wrap. Always ensure to cover the food in fridge to protect food from contamination.

- Chlorine in sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200 ppm
- Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Back door is closed at the time of inspection
- All food items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat is stored below ready-to-eat food
- Chemical is stored away from food

- Line cooler sliced cucumber internal temperature at 4.5C
- All freezers (x3) temperature at -18C or below
