2) Rat droppings in corner of dining hall by dirty dish tray cart.

-->Operator has replaced pest control company with Orkin. Orkin first on-site Friday, May 3, 2019 for prelimiary service. Additional bait boxes noted during inspection. Ensure SFU facilities, Kitchen operations manager and FHA gets a copy of every pest control report to ensure everyone is on the same page. Once pests are controlled FHA will only need to review reports during inspections.

Observation: 1) Open pipe coming out of the wall under veggie prep sink (corner of kitchen). Droppings noted in same corner. Seal pipe to prevent possible pest entry.

2) Locate all possible gaps, holes and entry points into dining hall, storage rooms and kitchen. Properly seal ceiling tile holes in dry storage room.
