Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed two containers of uncooked noodles soaked in water in the noodle bar cooler bottom compartment. Internal temperature of both noodle containers measured at 16C (photo taken). About 3 hours has passed since it was soaked in water. Noodles to be used for next hour (until 2:00PM), any left over noodles to be discarded.

Observation: Advertisement for BBQ pork and pork belly observed. Observed cooked BBQ meats and raw pork in the walk in cooler for the new menu item. Food Safety Plan was never received and approved by Fraser Health Authority.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately cease production and sales of BBQ pork and pork belly until Food Safety Plan is submitted and approved by the district public health inspector.

Observation: Noodle bar cooler (located in between cashier and noodle cooking station) was measured at 16-18C.
Corrective Action(s): Service the cooler to maintain potentially hazardous foods at or below 4C at all time. Do not use this cooler until the cooler is serviced and the temperature is verified by the district public health inspector in a follow up inspection.

Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strips.
All coolers measured at 4C or less. Drink cooler measured at 11C; however, no potentially hazardous foods are stored here.
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
Foods in hot holding unit measured at 60C.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
High temperature dishwasher measured at 72.2C at the plate level.
