Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezer maintained at -23.5 degrees Celsius.
General food storage practices good:
- Food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 80.6 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rinse.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
General maintenance and sanitation of kitchen is excellent at the time of inspection.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Premises well lit.
No concerns at the time of inspection. Keep up the great work!
