Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # YTAN-CQTSXF of Apr-12-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Hand washing sink faucet/taps and hot/cold water handles were dirty. Correction: Clean and sanitize all hand washing stations, and do so frequently throughout each day. Correct by: Immediately.

Comments

- Deep cleaning has been completed. Hand washing stations were noted to be clean and time of inspection. Areas under and around cooking equipment were noted to be clean and free of grease and food debris accumulation. Gaps/spaces between equipment, sides of equipment, shelves, and fixtures were noted to be clean and free of food debris. All hard-to-reach areas, including corners by by door have been cleaned. - One equipment storage bin was missed. Staff cleaned and sanitized the bin and equipment stored within at time of inspection. - Walk-in cooler has been reorganized. Food items were covered, aside from items stored directly in the reach-in portion of the cooler (behind the sliding glass-door) - OK. Ensure to cover all food items in all coolers at the end of each day. Coolers (walk-in and prep) at 4C or colder. - New screen door has been purchased and was onsite, awaiting installment. Ensure to keep back door closed until new screen door has been installed. Thank you.
