Staff stated dishwasher company (same company that also provided dishwasher) came out and repaired dishwasher on June 12 and final rinse was reaching 180 at external dial thermometer. However dishwasher final rinse dropped down below 180 again and was noticed on June 16th, company has been called again to repair. Staff are continuing to manually sanitize in three compartment sink after washing through dishwasher.
