Corrective Action(s): Zip-loc bags are single-use items and must be discarded after each use. Do not wash zip-loc bags and do not reuse.

Comments

- All hand washing sinks were unobstructed and easily accessible at time of inspection.
- Bleach solution for sanitizing food-contact surfaces was available at 100 ppm (chlorine residual). Wiping cloth was stored in solution - good.
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher registered 100 ppm chlorine residual at the dish surface after final rinse - good.
- Deep cleaning behind, under, and around cooking equipment has been completed. **Note: ventilation canopy hood filters require cleaning as well. Ensure to clean more frequently.
- Floors in hard-to-reach areas, in dishwashing area, and in dry storage room have been cleaned. Please continue to keep all equipment off the floor and keep the facility de-cluttered to facilitate cleaning.
- Dough machine was noted to be clean at time of inspection.
- Operator to email recent pest control reports to health inspector.
