Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Residential cooler was at 5 C. Ensure that it is monitored so that it's between 1-4 C.
The freezer was at < -18 C.
The residential dishwasher was available for use. Ensure that the sanitize cycle is used.
No evidence of pests.
Staff are FoodSafe certified
General sanitation was satisfactory.
