The blade must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the can opener blade between uses. Violation Score: 5

Comments

Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measures 74 C. No wiping cloth sanitizer was available for testing.
