Routine inspection conducted:
Soap, hot/cold running water, and paper towels available at handsink. As discussed previously,the motor unit for the prep cooler is on the floor right by where the handsink is; ensure the handsink is easily accessible for staff at all times. If the motor unit becomes a barrier to handwashing, the entire cooler will need to be relocated.)
All temperatures satisfactory:
Walk in cooler at 2.3 deg C
All other coolers at 4 deg C or less
