Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize glassware in the low temperature dishwasher until the high temperature dishwasher has been repaired and is able to reach ≥ 71°C during the final rinse cycle.

- Low temperature dishwasher is available (for kitchen equipment and customer utensils). 100 ppm chlorine residual detected.
- High temperature dishwasher is available (for glassware), but not working properly. See violations above.
- Glasswasher is available at the bar area. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected.
- Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer is available. 272-700 ppm DDBSA and 704-1875 ppm lactic acid detected.
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- No signs of pests observed. Pest control service reports available for review.
