Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in the food premises. The only bottle of bleach in the food premises was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Operator purchased chlorine bleach from a nearby business while on-site. Operator was re-educated on manual warewashing and food-contact surface sanitizing procedures.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispensers at both hand-washing stations were empty at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator used a visibly-soiled rag to dry his hands after hand-washing.
