-Routine Inspection -Hand sinks equipped with hand soap, hot andcold water, and paper towel -2 comp sink available and equipped. -Coolers measured 4C or less: walkin,pop,sandwich,creamer -Freezer measured -18C: ice cream, frozen food -Ice is delivered pre-packed -Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm spray bottles -Covid-19 plan needs to be developed as it is an empty checklist. Go through the plan and document all procedures and protocols to prevent spread of Covid-19. Operator provided a more in-depth binder regarding covid-19 protocols. Use this as covid-19 safety plan and discard empty checklist. Update as required by Worksafe BC guidance. -Put sign reminder to sanitize hands prior to using self service machines
