Observation: Under grill hot holding units (for cooked chicken) - right side at 49.0 C;left (close to the walk way) at 39.0 C- moreover,you take out two containers with chicken and put on the kitchen counter for cooling!!??? at the time of inspection!!

Correction: Immediately adjust the temperatures for the hot holding units or repair it (use different one/hot holding unit(s) for now or you must keep time log for it!
Rotation must be quick - keep small amount only!

Observation: Front handsink observed to be lacking hot water. Manager informed Health Inspector handsink had been repaired last week. Requires additional repair.
