Observation: 1. Handsink in back kitchen noted at over 47 C - very hot
2. Vent hood above dishwasher is low and being banged into by the back sliding door of the dishwasher - could lead to future damaged to dishwasher
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all auto mixing handsinks are supplied with warm water ~37 C. Much hotter then 40 C may cause staff to not use handsink. Adjust temperature.

2. Ensure equipment in premises are functioning properly and are not damaged in the course of using it. Review the design of the vent hood and adjust so the dishwasher door does not smash / bang into it.

-No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection - Pest control service in place by Rentokil
-Ice machine appears sanitary

Notes:
-Green detergent buckets noted through out kitchen and bar areas and is used on all surfaces regularly
-Sanitizer spray bottles are available in each area and used periodically on food contact surfaces
*Recommend getting red sanitizer buckets for both kitchen and bar to be used in as primary solution when wiping food contact surfaces instead of the detergent. Sanitizer is used to kill pathogens and detergent is used to clean surfaces.

-Peroxide disinfectant in labelled spray bottles used to disinfect high touch non-food contact surfaces in premises - no conerns
