Routine Inspection conducted today. COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. High-touch surfaces disinfected 5 times per day. Handwashing sign present. Staff health check conducted daily. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work. Have sanitizer available for customer use. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Undercounter coolers measure at 4C. Chest freezer measured at -18C. No signs of pests observed. Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper well. Dipper well in good operations. Overall, facility is well organized. Follow-up inspection for report#AFOK-BM7UH2. -Liquid soap dispenser attached on wall and in operational condition. -No signs of cockroaches observed behind and along the chest freezer. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
