Comments

- Sliding doors and bottom track removed from closet in kitchen area. This area already looks better, but baseboard tile repair needed. Also, floor drains in this area remain very dirty. Continue to clean up this room, remove deteriorated equipment and repair walls/floor interface to promote easier cleaning and eliminate fruit/drain fly breeding environments. - Significant cleaning to dish pit area completed. The majority of systemic water drippings removed. **The physical condition of the dish pit remains a problem and a fly breeding environment. Remediation/repair to this area including, but not limited to baseboard tiles and surrounding wall construction is required. A remediation plan as noted in report RHEN-AZQSRK is still needed. - Fruit flies still abundant in the dish pit area, but numbers less at the back door and mop sink area. - Continue to keep the garbage enclosure clean to reduce rodent activity in this area.
