Employees wear clean lab coats and hair nets. 200ppm quats used to clean in place large pieces and not moveable equipment. Pan washer available for use. Pest control services in place (weekly). Loading bay and dry storage areas clean. Raw ingredient storages at or below 4 and -18 degrees C. Mixing area cleaned on a regular basis. Temperature log sheets maintained and available for review.
