Observation: 1) The upright freezer #1 adjacent to the upright cooler measured at -12C at the time of the inspection.
2) The upright freezer #2 adjacent to freezer #1 measured at -8C at the time of the inspection.
The manager stated that the freezers will be replaced on November 5th, 2018.
Corrective Action(s): Install the new freezers by November 5th, 2018 and ensure that both units maintain temperature < or = -18C at all times.
