Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer concentration at the glasswasher was measured at 0 ppm. The operator was able to adjust the tubing to allow chlorine to be dispensed.
Corrective Action(s): Inspect the dishwasher prior to use to ensure chlorine sanitizer is being drawn through the tubes. Measure the chlorine concentration at least daily and keep an accurate log. Ensure the log is available on-site for review. Date to be completed by: Immediately

- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 73.9C at the plate level.
- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles (100 ppm)
- Dry storage is satisfactory
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoops are stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
