-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Hot pot item cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area coolers were at or below 4C.
-Customer area freezers ranged from -13C to -18C.
-Fish were stored on ice and covered.
-Temperatures checked and recorded twice daily.
-Bivalves are on a separate recirculation system. Signage placed by the bivalves to remind customers to thoroughly cook the items before eating.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours.
-Cutting surfaces sanitized every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by professional pest control operator on a weekly basis.
