Observation: Food and sauce build-up by the dry storage area behind the line cook area has not been cleaned. Exact area has been pointed out during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Remove food/sauce build-up at aforementioned area. Correct this by: immediately.

Observation:
- Canned food was dented
Correction:
- Ensure all canned foods are free of dents and kept in good condition. Dents can provide oxygen for pathoens to grow to contaminate the food. Dents may also cause leeching of metals, causing a chemical contamination of the food.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation:
1) Multiple utensils were stored in a soiled blue container
2) White bin contained both dirty and clean utensils, such as knives and scissors.
3) French fry cutter was visibly dirty and
4) Can opener was dirty

Comments

Dented can and other damaged products were discarded.
General sanitation has improved greatly.
Foods were covered adequately.
Rodent droppings were removed and cleaned.
Pest control report was reviewed on site. Serviced monthly.
Kitchen window now has screen.
Damaged utensils were discarded.
The fan was removed from the food handling area.
