- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats available in pails.
- Chicken hot held in the warmer measured with an internal food product temperature of above 60C.
- Chicken deep fried in the fryer measured with an internal food product temperature of above 74C. Frying time is changed to 1:50.
- Covid19 Safety Plan available on site.
