-Line cooler across from grill has been replaced with a new cooler. Cooler was at 2C and supplied with a thermometer. -Line cooler (pizza station) was serviced. Temperature was 3C and it was supplied with a thermometer. *Ensure coolers are monitored to ensure they are maintaining product at 4C or colder. -Probe thermometers present for monitoring/checking internal food temperatures. -Scoops with handles have been supplied for dry ingredients. *Ensure scoop handles do not contact food products. *Discussed with Maintenance Mgr. identifying any surfaces that are beginning to wear (walls, shelves) and ensuring a plan is in place to repair/refinish the surfaces to ensure they are maintained in a smooth and washable condition.
