Comments

- Walk-in cooler temperature has not dropped. Thermometer reads 46F and digital gauge reads 47F
- All foods in this cooler to be moved to the Shaughnessy Street location (500m distance) as the cooler there is operational
- Do not use this cooler until it has been repaired and can achieve and maintain 40F at all times
- Call your area inspector when your cooler has been repaired
- Poultry delivery rejected at the time of inspection due to lack of refrigerated storage space - do not accept any deliveries that require refrigeration until your cooler is able to achieve and maintain temperature
- Temperature log template provided - make copies and ensure that temperatures are recorded twice daily
- Inspector to return on Tuesday
