General sanitation is acceptable (please more effort to clean hard to reach areas & floor builds up);
Only one display cooler (front) - on a border line (must be <= 4.0 C);
Only one chest freezer at - 25.0 C;
Note: Walk-in cold unit is a storage space.
Note: No dedicated hand sink in the premise;
Two-compartment sink - wash soap and paper towel - available; hot & cold running water - available;;
Bleach sanitizer - available on site;
Staff washroom - liquid soap is available (Note: paper towel is wall mounted between the staff washroom and 2-compartment sink; it's not the best practice. Recommendation: paper towel must be available in the staff washroom.);
Food storage - satisfactory (however, all food must be stored 6'' above the floor);
Spray bottle with water (for the oven) - must be labeled;
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection (good).

Note: Leaking U pipe under the 2-compartment sink must be repaired (please discard water from the white container which under the 2-compartment sink);
