Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed:
- All handsinks in food preparation areas were accessible and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Signs posted to inform staff to keep access to sinks clear
- In use utensils (knives) were stored in a sanitary manner. To be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
- Raw eggs were being stored on lowest shelf of coolers (beneath ready to eat items)
- Cleaning has been completed in hard to reach areas of the floor in the front service area and pastry preparation area. A minor amount of debris was noted on the floor in corners (behind stand mixer) in pastry preparation area - ensure this is cleaned and the level of sanitation maintained.
- Duct tape has been removed from the floor in gelato preparation area and floor has been repaired with new transition pieces installed.
- Cardboard which was lining cabinet has been removed and replaced with washable shelf.

Pending item to be addressed:
- Walls of storage room to be painted. Operator reported this is planned to be completed by 31-Dec-2023 and will send email confirmation once complete.
