-General sanitation of premises was satisfactory
-Hot & cold running water present
-Liquid soap & paper towel present for handwashing *battery to be replaced in one automatic soap dispenser.
-Kitchen is not used frequently. No perishable food present
-Breaker was off for coolers & freezer so could not be checked. Ensure coolers & freezers are turned on well in advance of events to allow for temperatures to drop. Thermometers present in units.
-High temperature dishwasher functional Final rinse was 76.9 deg. C at dish surface.
-Quats sanitizer concentrate present. Instructions for mixing present.
*Supply test strips so that kitchen users can verify concentration
-No signs of pest activity present in kitchen at the time of the inspection
-Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
*Particle board at sink is showing moisture damage & requires repair/replacement. Surface must be smooth, washable & non-absorbent.
