Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Utensils/ dishes run through the dishwasher were not properly sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to switch to single service utensils and dishes, a 3-compartment sink is available to wash, rinse and sanitize and a 100 ppm chlorine solution was prepared in one of the sinks. Chlorine test strips available.

Observation: The dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine after changing the sanitizer bucket, priming and running the dishwasher several times.

No evidence of pests.

General sanitation was satisfactory.
