Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and adequate hand washing.

200 to 400 ppm Quat sanitizer in use in spray bottles and sanitation buckets.
Main dishwasher final rinse at 75.2C at the plate.
Glass washer is under repair and not in use.

Repairs still on going in VIP lounge area. Operator states new renovation will be starting in the fall.
