Comments

Follow up inspection:
-Affected areas were cleaned to remove rodent droppings. Keep checking for signs of recent pest activity (repeat rodent droppings, holes in the walls, ripped food, and/or dead/live rats/mice), keep up with the regular cleaning, keep food and food equipment covered in storage areas, and sanitize all prep .surfaces prior to use.

-Under-the-counter cooler in the front area was at 6.2 degrees C (around 2:30 PM even after the operator had defrosted the ice around the fan). Note: This cooler only contained raw vegetables and the operator mentioned that they will not store any potentially hazardous food inside it as the temperature fluctuates. Do not store any potentially hazardous food (e.g. meat, seafood, cooked rice, sliced vegetables, etc.) inside this cooler until it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
