Corrective Action(s): Seal entry points as discussed Violation Score: 3 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27] Observation: Large bait boxes in the kitchen are labelled containing rodenticide. Informed by school staff that these traps are one way traps ie once a rodent enters it cannot leave as a door closes behind it. Corrective Action(s): Confirm with the pest contol company that the bait used inside the bait boxes contains no rodenticide as the use of rodenticide is not permitted within a food service establishment. Pest control company has not returned my inquiry made 2 days ago. Violation Score: 3
