Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Ice scoop handle observed stored directly inside ice in the ice machine. Staff placed the ice scoop in the designated sanitary scoop storage area during inspection.

2. Two bags of carrots observed stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Staff moved the carrots to the shelves during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store the ice scoop outside the ice machine in a sanitary manner at all times to prevent potential contamination of ice. Store all foods at least 6 inches off the floor and covered. Store ready-to-eat foods away from raw meats (preferably raw meats on bottom shelves in coolers).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Still dirty mop water observed stored in mop bucket in the mop sink area. Staff discarded the mop water during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store dirty mop water on site to prevent harbouring of pests. Discard mop water after each use.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Preparation coolers (top and bottom) at or below 4'C
- Drawer coolers under cooking line at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -20'C
- Hot-held rice measured above 60'C
- In-use rice scoop observed stored in ice - good!
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation is OKAY. Reminder to staff to clean hard to reach areas more frequently to remove food debris and grease (i.e behind and around cooking units and large pieces of equipment)
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X3) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- All food observed covered
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
- Operating permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
- Public washrooms observed in sanitary condition
