Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-CM3VCQ dated 13 December 2022 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). The previous outstanding contraventions were assessed for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated January 9, 2023 there were ten children and two staff present. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA- CM3VCQ were addressed. The inspection report was written on -site and details were reviewed with the ECE staff prior to writing the report.
