Minimal food processing completed on site. Correction: Obtain bleach and prepare sanitizer in spray bottle at a concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces. Do not process any vegetables or fruits until bleach sanitizer is verified available on site by the health inspector. Only sell pre-packaged foods and whole fruits and vegetables until the follow-up inspection. To be corrected by: IMMEDIATELY
