Food is prepared in main kitchen only.
Hand sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels.
Dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during final rinse.
*Surface sanitizer (quats) in bucket with cloth registered at 50 ppm for quats. Staff was in the process of going downstairs to replace the solution at the time of inspection. Solution is changed every 2 hours (before and after lunch service).
Area kept in a clean condition.
