All coolers are at 4 C/40 F or colder - good.
Hand washing station in kitchen has liquid soap and paper towels.
Food labelled in walk-in cooler.
Dishwasher has a final sanitizing rinse of 50 ppm chlorine once primed. Monitor daily using your test strips.
Record the final sanitizing rinse for the dishwasher and the fridge temperatures daily.
No raw oysters on menu.
Review your food safety and sanitation plan and amend if necessary for new menu items. Submit any new food safety plans to Fraser Health for review.
