Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. One full rack rented in the walk-in cooler. Temperature was noted at 4.0C. Upright cooler in the station was at -2.0C. One full side rented in the upright freezer. Products were hard frozen. Station noted in a sanitary condition. Utensils and food contact items noted sanitary and in good condition. Sanitizer spray bottle available at the work station. Correct concentration detected in the Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer solution. No signs of pest activities noted at the work station. High temperature dish machine was able to reach 77.4C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. Note: No detergent was available at the dish machine, however signage is posted to remind renter to wash their dishes at the 2-compartment sink prior to using the dish machine to sanitize dishes. Note: Operator stated that his menu has been updated. Some new curry dishes were added. Please submit a list of new menu items to the District Health Inspector via email. Going forward, please ensure new menu items are submitted to Fraser Health for approval prior to making the addition.
