Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CPAK-BLFR26 of Feb-03-2020
Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature dishwasher not dispensing enough amount of chlorine sanitizer. Last compartment was filled with 200ppm chlorine at this time.
Correction: All dishwasher to occur manually at the 3 compartment sink. Poster for manual dishwashing using 3 compartment sink provided.
Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted for code 302 and 308 only.
Low temperature dishwasher has been repaired and now achieving the minimum required level of chlorine sanitizer (50ppm) at plate level after final rinse.

Another follow-up inspection to be conducted on/before Friday, Feb 7,2020.
