Routine inspection conducted
Food (chicken skewers) prepared/partially cooked in back kitchen area at time of inspection. Staff stated pre-cooked food are special order only.

Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.

Please have a spray bottle available in both front and back areas
Saws and cutting table sanitized every 2 hours.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
