Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reviewed cleaning of dough mixer. There is no sanitizing rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Copy of sanitation plan provided during inspection. Follow your sanitation plan. For all chemicals, follow directions on label (such as concentration for sanitizer, contact time, etc.)

Observation: Sink labelled as hand washing sink (near dough mixer) has cold water only.
Corrective Action(s): Provide hot and cold water at this hand washing sink. In meantime, there are two other hand sinks with hot /cold water that staff can use to wash hands.

Routine inspection of bakery.
Food Safe - check expiry dates. One person per shift (or manager on site) to have a valid Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent certificate.
Coolers (display, walk in) and freezers (display, walk in) at required temperatures.
Hand washing sinks - 2 have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers.
See above re 3rd hand washing sink.
Warewashing sinks - quats sanitizer automatically dispensed at 200ppm (as per label).
Dough mixer - see above (corrected).
Sanitizer for whipped cream equipment - measure concentration. Potable water rinse is used after sanitizing. This is as per label.
Cleaning - see above.
Pest control contract in place. Recent report available for review.
