Discussed best before dates and expiry dates with operator. She knowledgeable on subject. Cookies and baking goods that are beyond best before dates marked down in price. Packaged meats frozen before expiry. Cheeses outdated will be pulled. Cooing units at or below 4C. Freezers below -20 C. Handwash stations ok. Bleach in spray bottle measured at 50 ppm. Dump and replace with fresh making sure to keep to 100 to 200 ppm. General sanitizing at the back done after cleaning area at end of day.
