- Warehouse for storage and distribution of packaged non-potentially hazardous dry goods (flour, rice, dry noodles) and dispensing/packaging of canola oil.* *Manager reports no dispensing/packaging of canola oil since pandemic; however, may resume in future. Ensure that prior to resuming, area is cleaned and equipment cleaned and sanitized. - Distribution of products is within BC (primarily to Rice World) - Hot and cold running water supplied to two compartment sink (used for handwashing) - Liquid soap was present for handwashing - Bleach is used for sanitizing purposes. Bleach sanitizing solution to be 100-200ppm (1tsp bleach per 1 litre of water) - Food products stored on pallets - Pest control contract in place with weekly service. Viewed most recent service report (27-Mar-2023). Ensure all recommendations of Pest Control Technician are followed and any potential entrance points are filled/sealed. Manager reported weather stripping on bay door is being replaced.
