Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CZZQV2
All food in the walk-in cooler was observed protected from contamination.
All areas noted unsanitary or observed with mouse droppings have now been cleaned up.
Reviewed the last pest inspection report - last visited on February 16, 2024. Activities were noted in the exterior of the building. As per operator, they have increased inspection/ visit with their pest control company to every 15 days.

Outstanding violation that must be addressed immediately:
Operator was present at the time of inspection, however none of the staff that were present during the last routine inspection has registered or completed FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. One of the staff who was present during the last routine inspection on January 31, 2024 must at least register for the course and provide evidence to the district Health Inspector that they have registered within the next two days. Complete the course and provide evidence of completion to Inspector on next visit.
