Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat solution measured <50ppm quats in spray bottles. Quat solution from source bottle measured 50ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has decided to switch to bleach solution after discussion. Bleach available on-site. Ensure that all bottles are filled with a 100ppm solution (5mL bleach in 2.5L of water).

Observation: Foods stored in bins directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Raise foods a minimum of 6 inches or 15cm from the floor to prevent contamination.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the cooler, mainly in the corners. Clean and sanitize all areas with a 1:10 bleach water solution (1 cup bleach, 10 cups water). Amount of rodent droppings is less than previous routine inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with pest control. Reminder that sticky traps are not effective in this premises as there is a lot of water.
