Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - D4YRAW: Dishwasher was serviced on April 3, 2024. Squeeze tube replaced and line primed. At the time of inspection 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Reminder to verify dishwasher final rinse cycle chlorine concentration on a daily basis. Back kitchen area hand sink (left) paper towel dispenser still to be re-mounted on the wall. Cleaning required for the section of exhaust canopy above the Rational oven. Post the permit to operate issued by Fraser Health in plain view of the public.
