Observation: Foods stored in the prep cooler (donair ingredients & sauces), glass display cooler (baklava, etc.), and 2-drawer under-grill cooler are being held at temps of 10-12 degrees Celsius.
Correction: *Transfer perishable foods to alternate cooler units
*A limited amound of perishable foods can remain in the malfunctioning coolers as long as they are used or discarded within 2 hrs.
*Contact a repair company to inspect and service the 3 malfunctioning coolers

2nd follow-up inspection to check progress of repairs to 3 coolers:
-Donair ingredient cooler has been repaired and is now maintaining temps at/below 4 degrees Celsius
-Baked item display cooler (baklava, samosa, etc.) has been repaired and is now maintaining temps at/below 4 degrees Celsius
-2-drawer cooler under stovetop is currently being defrosted (no food inside). Employee onsite at time of inspection indicates that the repair tech will be returning to assess and confirm correct operation prior to restoring it to use.
-No additional infractions noted at time of inspection
