- Follow up inspection conducted to check for oustanding infractions from previous routine inspection
- Sanitizer available in sushi bar area and kitchen area. Cloths stored in sanitizer solution. No soap mixed in with sanitizer solution.
- All hand wash stations were fully equipped and accessible
- All foods appeared to be protected at time of inspection (ie. stored off the ground, covered, properly separated...etc)
- No foods were stored at room temperature
- Required cleaning of droppings from the dry storage outside has been completed. Continue to monitor and report new activity to pest control technician.
